Hot Water Boilers

A must have for busy coffee shops and tea rooms to work alongside your coffee machine.

Many coffee shops draw water from the coffee machine to make their pots/cups of tea. Firstly, the coffee machine is just that, a coffee machine, not a tea urn. The difference is, if the water from the coffee machine is used to make your tea, it is set to 120-125 degrees, and far too hot for making tea. When using the water from a tea urn, the water is set to around 94 degrees which is the correct temperature for tea. Secondly, if making pots of tea using the water from the coffee machine, this has the effect of reducing the steam pressure until the boiler has recovered from the bulk replacement cold water, thereby having the effect of noticeably slowing down the ability to steam your milk.

Another advantage of having a hot water boiler is this would give you the ability to provide teas and coffees to your customers should you not be able to use your coffee machine, therefore ensuring continued service.
